  • Mass Production:
    After the sample is confirmed, a 30% advance payment shall be made; the balance shall be paid after the production is completed.

      • Regular styles: 100 pieces per style.
      • Complex custom styles(e.g., multi-color beading, irregular accessories): 200 pieces per style.
      • Mixed-style orders: Total quantity ≥ 500 pieces with 3-5 mixed styles.

    • QWhat are the production lead time and payment terms?

      • Production lead time: 7-10 days for 500-1000 pieces; 15-20 days for over 1000 pieces (excluding logistics time).
      • Payment terms: 30% advance payment, 70% balance payment before shipment (supports T/T, PayPal, etc.).

      • Provide material color cards and accessory samples for confirmation before production;
      • Arrange video inspection or third-party quality inspection during production (cost borne by customer);
      • 100% full inspection before delivery.

      • We can assist in providing commercial invoices, packing lists, CO origin certificates, FORM A, and other customs clearance documents. For specific certifications (e.g., SGS testing), fees will be discussed separately.

      • Logistics: Default sea freight (30-40 days); air freight (5-7 days) available for urgency. Freight can be collect or prepaid.
      • After-sales: Quality issues reported within 30 days of receipt can be resolved throughreplenishment or refund negotiations (photos/videos of defective products required).

    • QHow to protect design copyright and confidentiality?

      • Customers retain copyright of provided design drafts by default. We guarantee not to disclose design details to third parties and can sign a confidentiality agreement.
